DESCRIPTION:The Chika Rita Okwuosah Foundation ( BCROF) is organising a 2-week skill-acquisition and empowerment training programme for women and girls on Leather and fabric Works: Manufacturing of Bags and Shoes for Participants within the Age of 18 and 30 years. \nAfter a careful selection process\, fifteen participants were enlisted to undertake this all-expense paid training programme. The primary objective of this skills development training is to empower the trainees to increase their skill-sets and productivity.  The testimonials from the beneficiaries already speak volumes of the success and impact on the initiative. \n  \n
